Marrinwari Cove, at the northeast corner of Barangaroo Reserve, now has safety nets, signs, and a new shower for locals and visitors to enjoy.
Swimming in the harbour is one of the key pillars of the City's 2050 plan - a symbol of a healthy water ecosystem that also acknowledges and respects First Nations people’s relationship with the harbour.
We are on track to open Pirrama Park at Pyrmont to swimmers in the not-so-distant future. It's lovely to imagine a city linked by harbourside swimming spots!
