  • OPEN Sydney strategy for Sydney’s night-time economy adopted.
  • Two Eora Journey artworks launched – the vividly painted Redfern terrace and the photographic projections on the wall of the Australian Museum.
  • Prince Alfred Park Pool reopens after its $20.5 million transformation, designed by Neeson Murcutt Architects.
  • Restoration of Glebe, Erskineville and Paddington Town Halls completed.
  • Partnership established with Kaldor Public Art Projects, to bring world-class projects to our city beginning with the provocative 13 rooms.
  • Eternity Playhouse in the renovated Baptist Tabernacle in Darlinghurst opens.
