  • Draft Open Space and Recreation Needs Study, responding to increasing city pollution forecasts completed for public exhibition.
  • Draft Cycling Strategy was exhibited
  • Harmony Park created in Surry Hills, and new stage of the Glebe Foreshore walk opened.
  • In response to compelling information about climate change, extensive consultation and research began to develop Sustainable Sydney 2030.
